Why should we have our wedding
filmed?
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. You
spend so much time planning the event and then its over in less than
12 hours.
From your thousands of pounds invested to secure a perfect wedding
day
The wedding film is the only investment that will relive your day
when the memories have faded.
A professionally made film will capture all the events that make your
wedding day. What better opportunity to capture all of your family
and friends, and create a DVD to be cherished for years to come.
Your film will capture all the sights and sounds of your wedding day,
We have had couples telling us that having a wedding film was better
than their pictures of their wedding day, and they have watched it
over and over.

Should
a friend or family member video our wedding?
Certainly, but will they want to attend you wedding through a 60mm
handy cam viewfinder.
Don't expect professional results. Your family member can only capture
a small snapshot of the day.
Without professional equipment and know how your vows and speeches
could be barely audible over the child crying nearby and shaky, badly
composed camera work will never get better with age.
Why not let all of your family and friends enjoy the wedding and use
a professional wedding
videographer?

Why should I pay
a professional to film my wedding day?
The same way you pay a professional to take the photographs, drive
the wedding cars, create the flower arrangements, but the difference
with video is that it is the only item left that brings all the
other services and memories back to life.

Do you carry all
the insurance's and music licence's required by English law?
Anyone operating a professional wedding video service should have
Public Liability Insurance, even though they are not legally bound
to do so.
They should also have the appropriate copyright licences to record
the wedding service and any other copyright material that is included
in the video.
As professionals we hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability
insurance's.
We purchase relevant licenses to use music in your wedding video
from the MCPS and PPL and licences are included in the prices (you

How
do I know the video will turn out the way I want it to look?
We will sit with you and discuss every step of your day and
your music choice.
We will visit and discuss filming in the various locations and we
will work together with your organisers and photographer.
The production is then crafted by our award winning editor to create
a compelling film, that truly captures all the emotions of your day.
The film will be presented in a fully interactive menu driven DVD,
with chapter selection for your favourite moments.
We will do everything possible to ensure the film is to your satisfaction.

How
far in advance should I book?
Book your wedding videographer at least
a year in advance, especially if your wedding is on a weekend to avoid
any disappointment.

Will
the cameramen be obtrusive at our wedding?
How much interaction you have with the camera is discussed with you
at your consultations.
We're always complimented on our low-key, unobtrusive approach to
capturing the wedding day, and on our professionalism. Couples tell
us they had forgotten we were even there.
We will need to attach a wireless microphones to the groom before
the ceremony.
We will also need to use a wireless microphone for the speeches as
this ensures the best audio for your film.

How
many cameramen will film our wedding?
For the Gold and Gold Plus package's you will have two cameramen to
cover the whole wedding.
For the Silver package you will have one cameraman.
top |
Are two cameras really that
important?
Yes. This ensures that every aspect of your day is fully covered,
and produces a video that is far more interesting and enjoyable to
watch.
If you use only one camera, this means you have only one perspective
of your wedding or special occasion.

What if my church has restrictions
on video?
We will work within the guidelines set by your church with regard
to videography, and pay the utmost respect to them.
It is the client's responsibility to find out if there are any restrictions
on filming, and to notify us well in advance. Many churches have guidelines,
such as no flash photography and no moving around during the ceremony.

Can I have different special
effects and my choice of music?
Yes. We discuss any effects that are available at your consultations.
We can use a little split screen, black and white, slow motion etc.
Sorry we want you to feature in the film so we do not include any
cheesy video effects. (wedding bell dissolves etc)
We ask you to select your favourite music as it makes it more personal,
and we do advise how it will work with your choice of film.
top |
How long will the finished
DVD be?
Depending on the type of wedding, the package,
footage captured, the length of the service and speeches, or of course
your requests it can range from 40 minute up to 80 minutes.
top |
How long will it take for my DVD to be
ready after my wedding?
Depending on work load we endeavour to complete all weddings
within a 4 to six week time period.
To ensure this we do need all music and special request for the
production to be supplied before the wedding day.

occasions for more information about this please contact us directly.
